The first announcement of Bluefest Sideshows has arrived!

The first set of Bluefest sideshows has arrived and it seems we’re in for a pretty impressive 2015 Bluefest Touring season! Fans in Melbourne and Sydney had best mark their calendar because some pretty astonishing talent is headed your way!

Beth Hart

After seeing massive success this year, Beth Hart will be returning to wow crowds in 2015. With her nomination for a Blues Music Award in the category of Best Contemporary Blues Female Artist in 2014, as well as a Grammy nomination with Joe Bonamassa for their album Seesaw, and a number 3 hit on the Billboard Blues Album chart for her most recent album Bang Bang Boom Boom, Beth is definitely not to be missed. And with her new solo album set to be released in early 2015, fans can expect to ear some new material at her shows.

The Chris Robinson Brotherhood

G. Love & Special Sauce are travelling all the way from Philadelphia to bring you Chicago Blues-infused brand of Rock and Roll. After stripping themselves down to bring back some of their original crowd-pleasing sounds, G. Love & Special Sauce will definitely be a favourite next year.

George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic

Innovators of Punk music, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic are headed back to Australia and New Zealand in 2015! Known for his multi-coloured dreadlocks and wild costumes, Dr. George Clinton has worked alongside Funk legends such as Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Snoop Dog, as collaborator and producer. In his own words, Clinton’s tour is going to “Tear The Roof Off The Sucker”.

Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue

New Orleans Funk group Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue are set to impress fans again when they tour Aus in 2015. With Shorty’s album Backatown winning a Grammy nomination in 2010, and For True in 2011, this collaboration should have crowds begging for more after they take to the stage.
